Microsoft Being Jerks Since 1975

Tron : Legacy Review ( spoiler free )

The Long awaited sequal To the original Tron (1982) Movie is finally here with the amazing Jeff Bridges reprising his role as Kevin Flynn the famous video game designer that got to live inside the program that he created and fight the injustice in that program.

does the sequel live up to the hype or does it destroy its own legacy ?

The story in Tron : Legacy focuses on the life of Kevin Flynn’s son Sam and his quest to find his father and get back his dads old company back to its old form im trying to keep it as simple as possible without spoiling any of the major events with that said lets start with the good .

THE GOOD :

– Its the old Tron  times 3 its bigger, better, faster, and stronger, they took the simple idea of the previous one and did a botox injection with a facelift and it worked brilliantly .

– Daft punk did the soundtrack for this movie and they did an amazing job, the fight scenes makes you feel you are in a Daft Punk Concert and thats always a good thing .

– Jeff Bridges still stuns me with his performances he proved it in Iron Man and he did it again here, he can pull off a blockbuster action movie and keeps its alive on his own .

– The Visuals are something out of this world they are simply stunning, and most people will give this movie a 10 just because of that light show .

– They kept it close to the Tron roots which might not work in a 2010 movie release but it did , the ship, the tanks and the way the programs die its all from the 1982 original but so much better.

THE BAD :

– The characters are pretty weak, none are good except for some characters like “Zues” and Jeff Bridges ” Kevin ” beside that all of the character fall flat without proper emotions or on-screen charm.

– The 3D gimmick have plagued the movie industry and Tron : Legacy is not exempt, it tries not push the 3D with stupid fight scenes or explosions and keep it natural with that they didn’t utilize 3D to the fullest and they should have stuck to IMAX, although near the end of the movie it gets better but too little to late .

– They tried to keep it as a mental war between two major characters but their build up falls after a couple of scenes for the sake of action .

– Some action sequences are very rushed and pushed to serve a climax or to keep you on edge and with that it loses its natural flow.

OVERALL :

If i didnt know better i’d say that Tron : Legacy is a Micheal Bay movie its too flashy with alot of bright lights with a thin plot, but thankfully it have thicker plot than Bay’s work and it almost matches the fancy CGI, sadly the casting wasn’t done properly for Sam Flynn’s Character ( reminds me a lot of the Anakin Skywalker casting in Star Wars ) but Jeff Bridges and the amazing easter eggs in this movie really save it and plants a smile on the original Tron fans.

Its really enjoyable movie to watch, if you are an old Tron fan your home just got bigger and now its a mansion, and if you are new to the series welcome to the Playboy mansion of eye candy visual and Olivia Wilde.

Zombies are invading !!!! there’s no denying that there’s a zombie spike in mainstream media, its either movies or books so i’ll go with the flow and write a post on zombies, but not any post !

in this post we will give your crucial tips and guide on how to survive if the dead roamed the earth, what will you do ! how will you respond to the situation ?

Dye Your Hair 

zombies arent picky eaters, they will eat everything that lay in their ways from house pets to fat greasy humans, but they are in a short supply of brains, once the the plague hits and claims more and more of the human populations they will suffer a shortage in brains , so what can you do then ?

Dye your hair blonde, we all know that blondes dont have a single hint of an intellect hence a defective braincells or a missing brain all together proven to us by Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan, so count on the fact that humans ( now turned zombies ) wont touch you cause of the above mentioned names .

Dont Shower for Weeks

We all had something rotting in our rooms while we were growing up, that what zombies smells and more, being dead and cursed to roam the earth while you rot wont smell nice, and we as humans love to let ourselves go after a break-up or a desprate phase so why not the end of the world ?

 so the perfect solution is not showering for weeks so you can blend in and catch their scent,and even mingle with the hordes and check out the babes, they will put out without all that emotions and love crap, if your a grown up male its your time to shine .

Kill All Your Relatives

Love them or hate them you are stuck with your family so if you have a vendetta against someone here’s your chance, you can explain yourself by saying it was an act of love or compassion to save them from the torment of being a brainless cold zombies .

its a win-win situation even if you tried to march through with them piggybacking on you they will eventually be bitten and turn into a zombie, if not they are going to consume all your ration and your chance of survival will drop, so basically become a World Of Warcraft player and live without any human communication .

Take Care Of Your Group

If you broke the rule above dont worry we will help either ways, even if you are stubborn and didn’t listen to guide and dont deserve to live, but its the end of the world so we will cut you some slack, lets say you can’t live without your soulmate or parent and you want to be the hero, what can you do ?

Stick together to improve your chances of survival by chatting on current events and weather changes to waste some time, keep your family close to you and feed them well so that they can get fat and slow, and never split up unless you are using your partner as a bait so that you can escape.

That should keep them occupied for 15 mins

Dont Be Black If You Are Then Just Kill Yourself Already

im not being racist but all the zombie movies proved that black men and women never survive

Top Gear Season 15 Is Different !

Season 15 of the amazing British auto show started to air its 7th episode this week, sadly something is oddly missing, at first when you see the stage you might notice the missing ” Stig ” banners thats famously loomed in the background, its no longer there and with James May throwing some remarks on the ” Stig “, and whole segment that shows the presenters shooting at a fake cardboard ” Stig “, you feel something is off .

and sadly due to lawsuits between the BBC and the white “Stig ” ( AKA Ben Collins ) the white stig have been written off the show and no longer part of the Top Gear Show and as of September 2010 the white stig cannot be featured in the show, if you are interested in the details of the lawsuit that the BBC lost you can read it here.

a new Stig will be presented with a new gimmick, but the old one was fun and entertaining even if he was a silent character but he had his iconic stature very suitable to the show, better than the Black Stig before him, that the BBC killed off and presented the White Stig instead.

now rumors are circling that the new sting will sport a white suit with black highlights, and im sure Clarkson had his hands on this suit and designed it as a joke or a taunt to previous Stigs.

Me And Bad Luck

Heey there dudes and dudettes, i want to apologize for the lack of posts in the past few days, i’ve been been dodging death all week, its either health issues that plagued me or the near fatal car incident so this week was well spent between  hospitals and police stations and neither of them is fun or even smell nice ( i still cant get over the smell of hospitals ) , so stay tuned cuz tomorrow this blog will be back to normal
